Description:

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local affordable housing provider, to appoint an experienced Stock Condition and HHSRS Surveyor to their busy Assets team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor to undertake comprehensive property inspections, gathering accurate stock condition data and assessing housing hazards in accordance with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).

Key Responsibilities

* Undertake detailed Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties.

* Conduct HHSRS assessments and identify Category 1 and Category 2 hazards.

* Assess the condition and remaining lifecycle of key building components, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors, heating systems, and external elements.

* Capture accurate survey data using handheld devices or survey software.

* Provide clear recommendations for planned maintenance and investment programmes.

* Ensure surveys are completed in line with client specifications, quality standards, and project timescales.

* Liaise professionally with residents and housing staff during property inspections
