Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Stock Co-ordinator, who is as passionate about great service as we are.
Hours - Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm
Jewson, Timber Terminal, King George Dock, Yorkshire, HU9 5QE
Key Responsibilities
Complete accurate and up to date stock records
Maintain appropriate stock levels to the current sales demand
Ensure housekeeping tasks are up to date
Purchase invoice procedures completed accurately
Communication of stock information to team members (specifically stock irregularities)
Provide resource for stock taking activity
Provide additional Despatch support and cover to ensure customer invoices/advice notes are generated in an accurate and timely fashion.
Ensure that business controls and procedures are met in line with company policy
Maintain appropriate communication with staff and colleaguesWhat's in it for you?

Maths and English GCSE or relevant experience
Microsoft Office experience / qualification (including Excel at Intermediate level/above)
