Stock Administrator - Petersfield

Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual? Our client is seeking an Administrator to support warehouse operations. A dynamic and growing organisation in the manufacturing industry, our client is seeking a Stock Administrator to join their team. As the main point of contact for warehouse stock control support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock management and smooth operations. Responsibilities:

Direct, track, and confirm warehouse to warehouse stock transfers using our client's system, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Administer routine stock movements and consolidation, ensuring that all actions are raised and processed.
Utilise reports to trace stock movements and investigate any anomalies, such as warehouse pick errors or unbooked returns.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to administer stock adjustments.
Proactively identify issues, reallocating existing order picks when necessary.Requirements:

Previous office experience, demonstrating excellent organisational and data entry skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft systems and other software packages, with exposure to SAP being advantageous.
Ability to remain calm and confident while handling pressure and interacting with individuals of all personality types.Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Type: Fully office based
