Stock Administrator £12.01ph

Full time – min. 25hr contract (7am with variable finish time, Mon - Fri)

Site based – Operations Dept, West Bromwich

Role Responsibilities

Daily tasks

* Supporting office functions in all capacities as/when required

* First point of contact for site visitors (internal and external) and directing enquiries accordingly

* Ordering fresh meat produce from our meat supplier daily (waves) and fish supplier

* Produce purchase order docs in relation to wave orders

* Magento dropships

* Create pre-advice for our cold storage facility on a daily basis and communicate this to them via email

* Help Goods In with booking in system and producing delivery notes that drivers may need

* HR – variable – Taking notes, typing up documents, scheduling meetings.

* Respond to booking in requests made via email of WBGoodsIn account and updating the Goods In sheet with relevant booking time.

* Producing Stock Report for our internal stock management system PPD

* Printing orders as required using PPD

* Moving ready meals in our stock management system PPD and pushing orders for next day

* Damages – Counting, scrapping, and journaling damaged products in the ambient area

Weekly

* Place order boxes for customer orders

* Order all janitorial/cleaning/ad hoc supplies from our supplier as/when we require

* Manage our stock counts of cleaning/janitorial/ad hoc supplies in order to ensure orders are placed accurately

* Liaise with our cold storage facility to arrange booking slots for our vehicle for the following week

* Creating notes for B2B orders using the goods in sheet and provide to the buying department

* Completing weekly packaging counts in the warehouse and making a manual sales order to deduct from the system

* Ordering packaging from various supplies once counts have been confirmed

* Scanning intake sheets of products across to various depots

* Running any manual sales orders

* Providing HGV driver with weekly route plan (Mondays)

Ad hoc/monthly

* Receive stock from direct deliveries into cold storage facility using Receipt Emails

* Complete monthly stock counts of all stock held on site and report back

* Supporting head office requests in timely fashion on ad hoc basis

* Order issue investigation on ad hoc basis

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year experience working within an administrative role

* Experience working within a manufacturing/wholesale environment with exposure to stock procedures

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
