Help grow philanthropy that makes a difference across London.
The London Community Foundation (LCF) is seeking an experienced Stewardship and Philanthropy Lead to strengthen donor relationships, increase philanthropic support and help maximise our impact for London's communities.
£46,371 per annum | Permanent | 35 hours per week
Hybrid working, with at least one day per week in our London office
Part-time applications will be considered
About the Role
This is a key role within our Grants and Impact team, leading the stewardship and growth of our existing donor portfolio. You will help strengthen donor relationships, support long-term engagement and identify opportunities to grow philanthropic support.
You will:
* Lead and improve donor stewardship and engagement
* Manage relationships with strategic donors and endowment holders
* Identify opportunities to retain, renew and grow donor support
* Oversee donor reporting and communications
* Use data and insight to inform portfolio management and decision-making
* Line manage and support the Philanthropy and Grants Manager
* Contribute to the leadership and development of the wider team
About You
You will have:
* Significant experience in philanthropy, donor stewardship or relationship management
* A strong track record of growing and retaining donor relationships
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience using CRM systems and managing donor portfolios
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach
