About the Role
Are you a passionate STEM Teacher looking for flexible and rewarding opportunities in secondary education from September 2026? We are currently recruiting qualified teachers across Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics subjects for a variety of long-term and short-term roles in secondary schools across Swindon and the surrounding areas.

This is an exciting chance to inspire students across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and innovative STEM lessons that support achievement, curiosity, and confidence within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality STEM lessons across KS3 and KS4
Teach engaging and challenging content within your subject specialism
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and student participation
Assess student progress and provide effective feedback to support attainment
Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
Specialism within a STEM subject area such as Maths, Science, Computing, Engineering, or Technology
Strong classroom management and communication skills

Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
