Role and Responsibilities
As a STEM Academic Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development in STEM subjects. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering 1:1 and small group support to students, tailoring sessions to individual needs and learning styles.
Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and interactive STEM lessons and activities.
Collaborating with teachers to identify students requiring additional support and devising effective strategies to enhance their understanding and performance.
Monitoring and assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.
Fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment that inspires curiosity and a love for STEM subjects. 
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a graduate or an undergraduate seeking a placement, with a strong academic background in a STEM discipline. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess:

A passion for STEM education and a desire to inspire young minds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and teaching.
