Description:
DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for a Temporary Senior Site Manager who specialises in steel projects. Our very successful client is looking to expand their team and have landed a 2 year contract on a construction project in Deeside.
Roles & Responsibilities
Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public
Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
Buying materials for each phase of the project
Monitoring build costs and project progress
Conducting quality and safety inspections
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Maintaining quality control checks
Motivating the workforce
Hours Monday to Friday 7am till 530pm.
Working on projects suchs as HS2 or Hinkley point would be an advantage
Skills Required
Steel Fixer previously would be advantage
