Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Steel Fixer for an RC frame project based in Bath. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson to join an ongoing scheme for a 4–6 week contract, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
* Fixing steel reinforcement to drawings and specifications
* Cutting, bending, and tying rebar as required
* Working as part of a groundworks/RC frame team
* Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards on site
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Steel Fixer on RC frame projects essential
* Valid CSCS card
* Own PPE
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
