Description:

We have excellent opportunities for Steel erectors for an Nuclear installation contract based at Burghfield, Reading.

We pay CIS & NAECI Blue Book rates which includes a lodge and radius payment.

Hours/Shifts: 48 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Grade 5 (NVQ Level 3)

PAYE Hourly Rate: £21.27 / OT1: £29.78 / OT2: £38.29 / Hourly Bonus: £2.37

You will also receive a lodge amount of £337.12 pw.

CIS Hourly Rate: £30-£36 per hour, depending on experience and location.

It is essential all applicants have either CSCS Skilled Card or CCNSG along with a valid IPAF / MEWPS ticket.

A basic DBS check as well as mandatory drug and alcohol screening is also required.

Duties include:

Offloading of wagons in a safe manner
Fixing and bolting of steel
Marking out steel work and drawing of holes
Cutting steel where required
Adhering to Health and Safety procedures on site
Following all instructions from the Management
Operate construction equipment and machinery.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load or unload construction materials.
Put together and take apart temporary structures.
Perform site clean-up.
