Steel Erector
Global Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced steel erector to join our client’s highly skilled team on a permanent basis.
Salary – Up to £23 per hour + overtime (Dependant on experience)
Location – Multiple sites in and around Glasgow
Suitable candidates should have the following-
* You must be experienced in all types of erection/ Fitting, to a high standard with an emphasis on architectural steelwork - Fabrication and Welding experience is an advantage
* You must have the ability to read from Engineering drawings and work on your own initiative in a workshop environment and on Customer premises.
* We require people who have good communication skills, a positive attitude and who are extremely flexible in their approach to all aspects of Engineering & their working hours.
* Supervisory/Leadership skills would be a distinct advantage but not essential, provided skills are to a high standard.
* You must have experience fabricating both architectural & structural steel
* Valid CSCS Card & IPAF (Must have)
