My client based in South Shields is looking for an Steel Erector to join an expanding team on an ongoing basis with an immediate start available
Package -
* Salary is £15.00 per hour
* Day shift
* 07:30 - 16:00
* Monday - Friday
* Saturday work available
Requirements -
* Perform various tasks related to steel work, including welding, cutting, and shaping metal
* Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of structures
* Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces using measuring tape and other marking tools
* Lift, position, and secure metal components into place using cranes or other equipment
* Align and weld components together to create a finished structure
* Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
* Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Essential -
* Must have previous steel erection experience
* CSCS Card
* IPAF
