Key Responsibilities:
Skilled beef de-boning and trimming
Preparing high-quality steak cuts to specification
Portioning, cutting, and processing beef products
Maintaining excellent knife skills and precision
Ensuring hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are met
Working efficiently within a production/team environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Steak Butcher / Beef De-Boner
Strong beef de-boning and knife handling skills
Experience preparing premium steak cuts
High attention to detail and product quality
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
