Static Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £50,000 (up to £55,000 for the right candidate)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off

A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Static Refrigeration Engineer to join a prestigious high-end retail site in Central London. This is a static position within a flagship luxury retail environment, where you'll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment.
Diagnose, service and repair a range of commercial refrigeration systems, including CO2, glycol and A2L applications.
Respond promptly to breakdowns while ensuring minimal disruption to the retail operation.
Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately.
Ensure all work complies with current F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards.
Work closely with the on-site engineering team and client representatives.
Assist with maintaining critical spare parts and stock levels.
Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service within a luxury retail environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Commercial or Static Refrigeration Engineer.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
City & Guilds 2079 (or equivalent F-Gas qualification).
Pressure testing competency is advantageous.
Experience with OEM compressor manufacturers and refrigeration controls would be beneficial.
Professional approach with excellent communication skills, suitable for working within a customer-facing luxury retail environment.
