Static Mechanical Maintenance Technician
My client is a leading facilities provider. They are currently recruiting for a static mechanical/plumber technician for a site in NW London. You will have a mechanical/plumbing qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include ppm and reactive on general mechanical/plumbing assets on site, including audio and visual checks on plant equipment, TMV's, toilet furniture and blockages/leaks, checks on ahu's, fan coils and splits units, general maintenance duties, escorting sub-contractors and helping other engineers.
Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary is 40K, with no call out, overtime if wanted.
