Description:
Peace Recruitment are seeking a Standby Man for a Substation project in Fife for 8 weeks. The project will start at the end of April. Day rate is Negotiable.
Responsibilities:
Provide standby support during maintenance and operational activities at the substation.
Monitor equipment and systems for any abnormalities or emergencies.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Maintain clear communication with onsite personnel and management.
Requirements:
Must have SB-1 or SB-2
Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
Knowledge of substation operations and safety practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills
