As a Staff Nurse ICU, your responsibilities would include:
Providing direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care, following established policies, procedures and protocols.
Prioritising nursing care and recognising deterioration in patient's condition, escalating to the senior nursing team or clinicians immediately.
Serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Package and Benefits:

Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) with no restrictions to practice.
Demonstrable clinical experience in the field of high acuity critically ill adults.
A wide range of experience working in critical care specialities, including cardiac and cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, renal, and GI surgery.
