Permanent contract of 36 hours per week

As RMN Staff Nurse, you will:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with dementia, mental health conditions, cognitive impairments, and complex behavioural or emotional needs
Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and contribute to person-centred care planning
Administer and monitor medications safely and effectively
Promote positive mental wellbeing and support residents to achieve the best possible quality of life
Manage and respond appropriately to behaviours of concern using evidence-based and therapeutic approaches
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team
Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff, ensuring best practice is maintained at all times
Advocate for residents' rights, choices, and independence

Applicants for this RMN Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria:

Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Newly qualified RMNs are encouraged to apply, with full training and support provided
Experience within dementia care, older adult mental health, rehabilitation, or complex care settings is desirable but not essential
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical assessment skills
A caring, compassionate, and person-centred approach
Commitment to delivering outstanding mental health care
Full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
