Description:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join one of the most prestigious care homes in the Midlands. This part-time Registered Nurse position is based in Great Malvern and comes with an excellent hourly pay rate of up to £21.74 with paid breaks, salary enhancements for overtime and night shifts, and a generous welcome bonus of £1,000.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be:
Driving and running the unit alongside your clinical duties
Observing and administering medication
Reviewing and evaluating individual care plans
Providing clinical guidance to the care team
Delivering best practice continually
Ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards
Assisting with all CQC tasks

A valid NMC pin
Have a background working in a care home environment
The ability to take responsibility for the well-being of residents
Experience in carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans
