Description:
We are looking for a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join a state-of-the-art Mental Health hospital in Cardiff.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be joining a well-established company who have won awards for their high standard of patient care and staff development.
This service provides care for adults aged up to 65 with a primary diagnosis of learning disabilities, and who are likely to have been detained under the Mental Health Act. Patients may have complex needs and behaviours that challenge in relation to A dual diagnosis of mental illness and/or personality disorder, autism and forensic needs.
Criteria for this Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) role include:
Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a current NMC PIN
Ability to effectively lead and deputise in a clinical lead role
Focused on patient centred care in a rehabilitation environment
Background within inpatient services or community outreach
