This client is a private organisation and the role is within a purpose built nursing home that focuses on care for younger adults and the elderly living with dementia, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. You can expect to work in a safe environment and have the assistance of a very hands on management team.

Staff Nurse Job Details:

* Registered Nurse

* Full time or Part Time

* Days and Nights available

* £22.00 - £22.50 per hour

* Permanent role

Staff Nurse Resposibilities:

* Providing care to patients as per their care plan outlined by their doctor

* Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions

* Identify care planning needs

* Carry out risk assessment

* Record patients' vital signs and medical information

* Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members

* Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff

* Participate in clinical improvements and offer ideas on clinical and non-clinical policies

Essential Requirements to be concidered for this role

1. Nursing degree or equivalent

2. NMC Registered

3. Right to work in the UK
