Description:
Evolve are recruiting for a leading private medical provider who are seeking a Staff Nurse with surgical experience to join their team. You would be responsible for assessing patient health, support surgical care, promote best practices, and manage relevant data for quality improvements.
This is a full time position on a full time basis and is based in Cambridge.

Ideal Requirements for a Surgical Staff Nurse
* Have at least 1 years surgical or A&E experience in a hospital setting.
* Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration and additional training is also desirable.
* NMC registered pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
Role Responsibilities for a Surgical Staff Nurse
* Attending to general surgery patients including Orthopaedic, Urology, Bariatric surgery, Plastic surgery, ENT and Ophthalmology.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
* You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient’s needs.
