* Sport mentor/TA would support a mainstream primary school in Brent
* Sports Mentor/TA will be paid between £85-£100 depending on experience
* Sports mentor/TA will need to be confident supporting on a 1:1 basis in a year 6 class
* Must have at least 2 years experience working with children and young people

The role: Sports Mentor/TA
You will be working in a mainstream primary school in Brent, your main roles and responsibilities will be a split role, you will be working as a TA to help the pupil in the class on a 1:1 basis supporting with challenging behaviour, you will also need to supervise the pupils during play and meal times and create a positive learning environment for them. You will help with tasks needed and contribute progress on the pupils to the class teacher. You will also be assisting in PE to support with various different sports such as football, basketball, cricket and much more. For this role you must have at least 2 years experience working with children and young people within schools or coaching, Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one, some experience supporting students with SEN and relevant qualifications and training.
