Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and confident Sports Coaches and Instructors to support Primary and Secondary schools across Dorset.

Whether you're an experienced coach, a sports graduate, or someone with a background in physical education, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills into the classroom and gain valuable experience within education settings.

⚽ The Role

As a Sports Instructor, you'll play a key role in promoting physical activity, confidence, and teamwork among young people by:

✅ Delivering fun and engaging PE lessons and sports activities
✅ Leading both small-group and whole-class sessions
✅ Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs
✅ Encouraging participation, resilience, and healthy lifestyles
✅ Working across a variety of local schools, gaining diverse and rewarding experience

???? What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in sports coaching, PE instruction, fitness, or youth sport
✔ Confidence leading and motivating groups of children and young people
✔ A reliable, positive, and enthusiastic approach
✔ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔ A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
