Salary: £24,487 per annum

The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sports Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the college's sports centre and any future sports facilities developed on site.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure the facilities operate safely, efficiently and provide an excellent experience for students, staff and external customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the daily running of the college sports facilities.
Supervising students working within the sports centre.
Delivering basic fitness suite inductions to new users.
Monitoring the condition of equipment and facilities.
Reporting maintenance and repair requirements to the maintenance team.
Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs where appropriate.
Promoting safe working practices and ensuring facilities are used responsibly.
Supporting the Sports Facilities Manager with marketing activities to increase facility usage, commercial income and occupancy.

Interviews: Week commencing 7th September.
What We're Looking For Essential requirements:

Experience working in a similar sports or leisure environment.
English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 (or equivalent).
A sports-related qualification.
A positive, customer-focused approach.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
