Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sports Coach to join our team. As a Sports Coach with SupplyDesk, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students through the delivery of high-quality sports programs. You will play a vital role in promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students, fostering their personal and athletic development.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and deliver engaging sports sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of students.
Develop and implement age-appropriate coaching strategies to enhance skill development and performance in various sports disciplines.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and healthy competition.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
Collaborate with school staff and parents to promote the benefits of physical activity and sports participation.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievements of students participating in sports programs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during sports activities and events.
Requirements:

Previous experience working as a sports coach or instructor, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in various sports, with the ability to teach and demonstrate fundamental skills and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages and abilities.
Relevant coaching qualifications and certifications (e.g., coaching badges, first aid, safeguarding).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to promoting the values of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.
Flexibility to adapt coaching methods and activities to accommodate diverse student needs and interests.
Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, or willingness to undergo DBS checks.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for travel to different school locations, if required.
