Position: Sports Coach
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging sports sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of students across various age groups.
Promote inclusivity, sportsmanship, and fair play while encouraging students to reach their full potential.
Assist in organizing and coordinating inter-school sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to integrate sports and physical education into the broader school curriculum.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or physical education.
Experience working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
A positive and proactive approach to teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
