Sponsorship Sales Manager – Defence & Automotive
London (Hybrid) | £50k–£55k Basic + Uncapped OTE
We’re looking for an ambitious Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a leading international events business, selling sponsorship across a portfolio of high-profile Defence & Automotive conferences.
You’ll manage and grow existing accounts while actively winning new business, building relationships with senior decision-makers and creating bespoke sponsorship solutions that deliver real commercial value.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven B2B sales experience across sponsorship, media, events or services
* A strong track record of winning new business
* Commercially minded, ambitious and target-driven
* Confident communicating with senior-level clients
* A structured approach to sales and pipeline management
* Someone hungry to develop and progress their career
