As a Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury, you will:
Deliver specialist, evidence-based interventions for pupils with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs.
Assess, plan and implement outcome-focused therapy programmes.
Embed communication strategies across the curriculum to improve access to learning.
Work collaboratively with teachers, families and external professionals to provide a holistic approach.
Support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH and complex communication needs.
Contribute to staff training and professional development, promoting a whole-school approach to communication.
Help shape and develop a growing therapy service within an award-winning Trust.We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury who has:
A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
HCPC registration.
RCSLT membership.
Experience supporting children and young people with ASC, SEMH and complex communication needs.
Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
