Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours)

We're looking for a Specification Technologist to join our Technical team. If you have experience with food specifications, labelling legislation and compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing safe, high-quality products to market.
What you'll do
Create and maintain customer product specifications.
Ensure artwork and packaging comply with legal and customer requirements.
Review supplier documentation and support supplier approval processes.
Manage customer specification portals and meet key project deadlines.
Support product launches, HACCP activities and internal audits.
Keep technical information and nutritional data accurate and up to date.
What we're looking for
Experience using customer specification systems and portals.
Knowledge of food labelling legislation, allergens and packaging compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
