The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Building Protection / Waterproofing Products will involve:
* Specification Sales Manager position, selling a high quality portfolio of manufactured building protection / waterproofing products
* Purely focusing on generating specifications
* All of your time will be spent selling to architects, consultants, surveyors and specifiers
* will be KPI driven initially however once up and running would be targeted to turnover circa £600k
* Working on both refurb and new build projects
* Covering London & South East however most of your time will be spent in London
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Building Protection / Waterproofing Products with:
* Must have specification sales experience
* Must be from an associated product background such as: building envelope, waterproofing, concrete repair, building protection, facades, interior insulation, cladding, damp proofing, brickworks, etc
* Must be able to sell a technical solution in a competitive market
* Must be commercially astute
* Must be a strategic thinker, able to analyse competitors and market trends
* Ideally hold a CSSW qualification or similar experience
