We’re looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK healthcare sector for a specialist building services business.

This is a consultative, specification-led sales role where you’ll engage with NHS Trusts, consultants, public health engineers, architects and contractors — getting involved early and influencing design decisions before projects reach site.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

* Developing relationships with NHS Trusts, consultants, engineers and contractors

* Identifying projects at an early design stage

* Influencing specifications and securing project opportunities

* Delivering CPDs and technical presentations

* Managing long, complex sales cycles through to completion

* Building a strong and sustainable UK healthcare pipeline

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

* Proven specification sales experience within M&E, building services, construction or a related technical sector

* A strong track record of influencing consultants and contractors

* Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

* Commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex sales cycles

* The confidence to engage with senior technical decision-makers

* A genuine consultative approach to selling

* Based in the South East of England, with the flexibility to travel UK-wide

Healthcare/NHS experience, public health engineering knowledge or familiarity with HTMs would be highly advantageous.
