Our team of talent specialists serve as an extension of our clients hiring team, providing a complete talent acquisition function as an extension of their business.

Smartpro focus on a range of vertical markets encompassing Engineering/ Technical, Sales & Marketing, HR & Finance and more. As the division continues to expand, we are excited to be seeking a dynamic and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment process, exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with key stakeholders. and cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Duties:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions within professional/ engineering services.

* Utilise existing networks and develop new relationships to expand client and candidate databases.

* Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.

* Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers.

* Actively contribute to team targets and objectives, while also demonstrating individual initiative and drive.

Skills & Experience Required

* 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on permanent placements.

* Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

* Relevant industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
