1:1 Learning Support Assistant needed for SEND College.
Are you an experienced LSA looking for a new challenge? Do you want the opportunity to enrich the lives of young adults with Special Needs?
The college is based in South Birmingham and offers an alternative curriculum to students aged 18 - 25 who are unable to attend mainstream education.
The college is desperately seeking a positive, enthusiastic LSA to start immediately to work with students who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and Complex Health Care needs.
The role will include:
Assisting the Teacher with classroom preparation
Work with pupils who require additional support
Leading group work
Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
