We are seeking a supportive and enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistant to assist SEMH Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 pupils, based in Cranbrook, Kent.
This is a contracted role for the successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant who will support the SEMH Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 students with compassion, enthusiasm and understanding.

The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant must be clear in all communications with the Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 students and staff, has an encouraging and supportive attitude, can develop strong and professional learning paths for the Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 students during their educational journey and can confidently face challenges that may arise with the Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Teacher with educating Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 Pupils within an inclusive, supportive and positive environment
Assist students with any class work and tasks provided by the Teacher
Be a listening ear to students and a supportive role modelCandidate Requirements:
Relevant experience in assisting SEMH pupils preferable
Must have GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above
Enthusiasm for assisting Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 with learning
Strong communication and team building skills with Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 pupils and staffSummary
Information on the Teaching Assistant role:
Location- Cranbrook, Kent.
Pay- £85-100 per day.
This is equivalent to £425-£500 per week Full-Time.
Day rate is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Hours- 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday.
Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.
Contract- Day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles available.
Year- Key Stages 1-5 (Years 1-11, age 5-16).
Some roles available in Key Stage 5 (Years 12-14, age 16-19).
Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.
This is a contracted position.
