Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Smile Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a special needs school based close to Groby in Leicester. The school are keen to meet experienced Teaching Assistants to work with a small number of their pupils on a long-term basis.
· SEN Teaching Assistant

· Degree in Psychology or Special Educational Needs is an advantage
- Candidates need to driveMy client SEN schools are located in two areas in Leicestershire. Both locations currently need a small number of Teaching Assistants to support their wonderful students. The school focuses on both academic qualifications in addition to providing vocational skills and the tools to succeed in the world.
The schools have a team of specialist staff who ensure that their students educational journeys are positive and bring successful outcomes in all they do. The school is extremely welcoming and friendly meaning your experience here should be a productive and positive one.
The school would like to meet candidates who have previous experience of supporting young people with additional needs as well as those with SEMH needs.
These are all long-term positions for the remainder of the academic year and most likely the new academic year starting at the end of August/start of September.
