SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School | Chiswick | September Start

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chiswick is seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and helping every pupil thrive both academically and personally.

The school prides itself on creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential. Staff work closely together and place a strong emphasis on building positive relationships with pupils and families.

The role:

Supporting pupils with additional learning and developmental needs across the primary age range
Working on a 1:1 basis and within small group interventions
Assisting the class teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Encouraging social development, confidence and independence
Supporting children both inside and outside of the classroomThe ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with children within a school, nursery or similar setting
A patient, caring and proactive approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Experience with SEN is beneficial but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valuedThe school can offer:
