Special Needs Teacher QTS
Are you an established Special Needs Teacher or an aspiring Special Needs Teacher looking for a new and rewarding opportunity? Do you enjoy dismantling barriers to education and inspiring a love for learning among children with special educational needs? This lovely Special Needs School requires a QTS Teacher to teach a small class of children with a primary diagnosis of Autism and associated needs. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for planning a delivering lesson that are tailored to the needs of students and deploying your teaching assistants appropriately. You will receive excellent support form the SLT and senior teaching staff, as the wellbeing, nurture and education of the students is paramount.  This role requires a QTS Teacher who ideally has experience teaching children with special educational needs.
 
Job Role:

Teaching small classes of Key Stage 3 / 4 Students with Special Educational Needs.
Planning and delivering lessons to meet the need of individual students.
Liaising with the SENCO and TA’s to ensure children are supported appropriately.
Making school a nurturing, welcoming and safe place for students.
Helping young people to break down academic and social barriers.In return you will enjoy:
