Key Responsibilities
Create engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for Secondary School Spanish.
Provide constructive feedback to students to track their progress accurately.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant classroom environment.
Get involved in the school's extracurricular activities and events.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in teaching and pastoral roles to support students academically and personally.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of students and their families.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
Ability to teach Spanish to KS3 and KS4 level
Proven Experience as a MFL Teacher with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
A Passion and commitment to going above and beyond to help students excel.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
