Salary: £100 - £250 per day

Are you passionate about the Spanish language and culture? Our secondary schools in Southend are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Spanish Teachers to join our team starting in September 2024.

As a Spanish Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire students to achieve their best in learning Spanish. You will play a crucial role in developing students' language skills, cultural understanding, and confidence in using Spanish in real-life situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Spanish, catering to a range of abilities and learning styles.
Encourage and support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
Maintain a stimulating and organized learning environment, ensuring all resources and materials are used effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Spanish curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities, such as language clubs and cultural events.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong background in Spanish, with relevant teaching qualifications and experience.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Spanish.
Proven experience teaching Spanish at the secondary school level.
Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and cultural education.
