Spanish or Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive
* Location: Sunderland, north East England (Hybrid – 4 days a week in the office)
* Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 basic + bonus + excellent benefits
* Languages: Fluent in either Spanish OR Italian
The Company
Our client is a leading international leisure brand, with products recognised and loved across the globe. With strong growth across Europe, they are expanding their team and seeking a talented Spanish Speaking Customer Operations Executive to play a key role in their success.
The Role
As the Spanish or Italian speaking Customer Service Executive, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of business accounts and brands, acting as the main point of contact for either Spanish or Italian speaking customers. You’ll ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process while building strong, long-term relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused professional to develop their career in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the primary contact for business customers
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts
* Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle – from placement to fulfilment
* Organise and track orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
* Coordinate stock allocation, logistics, and distribution centre requirements
* Provide regular updates to customers, resolving issues proactively
* Process order changes, cancellations, credits, debits, returns, and value-added services
Candidate Profile
* Fluency in Spanish and Italian is essential
* Previous experience in B2B customer service or order management (preferred)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Confidence managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
* Good IT skills – SAP experience is a big plus
* A full UK valid visa – must already have the right to live and work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
£29,000 – £30,000 basic + discretionary bonus
