· Hold Beauty Therapy Qualifications level 2 & 3 with premium Spa experience
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Perform all aspects of beauty treatments such as body treatments, massages, facials, pedicure and manicures
· Meet and greet all spa clients and visitors
· Maximising guest experience through providing world class customer services
· Provide a high standard of customer care
· Ensure the safety and well-being of all spa clients at all times
· Ensure treatment rooms are kept to an acceptable standard of cleanliness
· Promote and make sales of luxury skin care products
· Remarkable ability to understand and meet clients individual needs
· Profound knowledge of treatments and skin care products
· Ensure all spa standards are met and maintained in relation to uniform, attendance and timekeeping
