As a Spa Therapist, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, including:

Delivering a range of luxury spa treatments, including massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
Welcoming guests, completing consultations and understanding their treatment needs.
Providing professional aftercare advice and recommending suitable products.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across treatment areas.
Preparing treatment rooms before appointments and ensuring they are presented to the highest standard.
Building strong relationships with guests while respecting their privacy and confidentiality.
Supporting retail sales through confident product recommendations.
Working closely with the wider spa team and reception to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Attending training and keeping up to date with treatments, products and departmental standards.
Supporting other spa duties when required.What we're looking for

We're looking for a passionate Massage Therapist or Beauty Therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Experience delivering a range of spa treatments.
Strong massage skills, with experience or an interest in Deep Tissue Massage.
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
A warm, professional and guest-focused approach.
Confidence recommending products and providing home-care advice.
Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and shift patterns.
