Salary: £34,000 to £35,000 DOE (Plus £5,000 Tips)

What's involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly motivated team responsible for the running of each assigned section. You will need to have a minimum of a year at 2 rosette level to be considered and be confident to run a team and work directly side by side with The Head Chef.
