The Oyster Shed is located on the banks of the Thames, central to all the action in the City of London. It has a multitude of spaces, both indoors and outdoors as well as recently won Best Pub in the City of London.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

We are looking for an existing Sous Chef, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Sous Chef you will:

Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team

Have high standards and a great work ethic

Have at least 2 years experience as a grill chef, cooking with confidence in producing amazing food.

Working alongside Head chef and senior Sous chef; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service

Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
