The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, high-quality food while helping to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll assist with food preparation, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and ensure a smooth and efficient service.
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Passion for producing high-quality, fresh food.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
