We're recruiting for a Sous Chef opportunity in Sherborne, set within a unique multi-space hospitality venue. This site offers a mix of restaurant dining, café service, and large-scale events, giving any Sous Chef excellent variety and exposure. Located in Sherborne, the venue is a short drive from Yeovil and within around 30-40 minutes of both Dorchester and Weymouth, making it an accessible and appealing place to work.

Key Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen:
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Lead the team during service and ensure consistency across all areas
Assist with developing seasonal menus using fresh ingredients
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Support stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Help deliver catering for events, private functions, and group bookings
