£32,000 + TRONC (circa £8,000) | OTE £40,000

Typical shifts of 08:00-17:00 and 08:00-20:00
Overtime paid or taken as TOIL The Role

Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, high-quality kitchen
Drive consistency, standards and service performance
Contribute to menu development and weekly specials
Mentor and motivate junior members of the brigade
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety About You

Current Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready for the next step
Passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking
Calm and organised during busy services
Strong leadership and communication skills
