Experience in a fresh food kitchen, you will appreciate the importance of good quality cooking to our residents and customers, together with the importance of nutritional diets.
Essential:
- C&G 7063 or equivalent NVQ qualification
- A flair and passion for high quality food and food service
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication and people management skills
- Experience of budget management
- Good working knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Good working knowledge of current food trends and special dietary requirement
Desirable:
- Intermediate/Advanced Food Hygiene certificate
40 - 45 hours a week, working a 7-day rota with 2 days off a week
Working hours: Split shifts and straights shifts. Flexible hours to include some breakfast shifts
