Responsibilities in your new role as a Sous Chef

* Maintain and exceed the high standards and expectations of the esteemed clientele

* Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

* Train and develop junior members of the brigade to ensure a consistently high standard of food preparation and presentation

* Ensure all health and safety procedures are strictly followed

* Monitor and assist in the quality control of each and every dish, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate must have essential experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end culinary environment, demonstrating a proven track record of longevity in previous roles that showcases dedication and reliability. A deep passion for food and hospitality, paired with a creative and innovative culinary approach, is crucial. Additionally, the candidate should have proven experience in leading and developing kitchen teams, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
